The former Big Brother Naija contestant posted a picture of himself on the microblogging site X along with a cryptic comment that seemed to allude to someone.

He stated in his caption that this individual encourages women to support one another up till the point where it includes helping another woman. Along with a suggestive hashtag, he called the individual a “crocodile.”

This piece follows Mercy Eke’s tearful interview with media personality Hero Daniels, in which she lamented that during her stay in the Big Brother house, her main source of support had been her fans.

Mercy also broke down in tears as she mentioned her desire for ‘more,’ alluding to her aspiration to win the All Stars season but ending up as the first runner-up. You can watch the interview here.

Less than 24 hours after the interview video was shared online, Ike shared the tweet, leading many to speculate that he was indirectly criticizing Mercy and characterizing her tears as ‘crocodile tears.’

They also asserted that he was throwing shades at Mercy for not fully supporting Ilebaye’s emergence as the winner of the show, despite wanting to be supported herself.

He tweeted,

“Women supporting women, until it’s another woman turn.
#crocodile #Queenmaker #Godfather”
